131500 Logo Access and Use Agreement
Please read the following terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Your use of the Logo on this site is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ownership
- The Transport Administration Corporation ("TAC"), on behalf of the Crown, in the right of the State of New South Wales, is the owner of all rights and interests, including any future rights or interests, that subsist or may subsist in the Logo ("the Rights").
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
- Your access to and use of the Logo is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained herein ("the Terms and Conditions").
- Your use of and/or continued access to the Logo constitute your agreement to the Terms and Conditions. TAC may amend the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting amended Terms and Conditions on this page. The fact that the Terms and Conditions have been changed will be highlighted, in respect of any changes made within the previous 30 days. The amended terms and conditions will be effective immediately and you will be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions from that time. The Terms and Conditions may not be amended otherwise. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions. If you breach any of the Terms and Conditions your right to use and access the Logo automatically terminates and TAC reserves all other rights or remedies it may have against you in relation to such breach.
Terms and Conditions
3. Acknowledgment
- You acknowledge that you have read, and agree to abide by and be bound by, the Transport Info Logo Style Guide.
4. Restrictions on use
- You may not frame, post, upload, transmit or modify in any way, all or any part of the Logo, unless expressly authorised in writing by TAC or its agencies (the Ministry of Transport, RailCorp, or the State Transit Authority).
5. Permitted purpose
- The Logo must be used solely for the purpose of:
- Promoting 131500.com.au and the 131 500 Transport Info service;
- Increasing awareness of public transport services available in order to encourage use of public transport;
- Facilitating delivery of public transport services in NSW by providing information to patrons on how to access information; and
- Providing a network-wide approach to information on public transport
services in NSW.
The above purposes individually and collectively are referred to as the "Permitted Purpose".
- You must immediately notify TAC (or one of its agencies) if you suspect or discover that the Logo has been accessed or used for any purpose other than the Permitted Purpose.
6. Licence
- TAC, as the owner of the Rights, grants you a licence to use the Logo for the Permitted Purpose, subject to the Terms and Condition ("the Licence").
- The Licence commences when you hit the "I accept" button at the bottom of this page and terminates in accordance with Clause 9.
7. Limitation of liability
- TAC expressly disclaims all liability to you for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits and incidental or consequential damages) resulting from the access or use of, or inability to access or use, the Logo.
8. Indemnity
- You agree to fully indemnify TAC against any loss, damage, liability and costs that TAC may sustain as a result of any breach by you of any of the Terms and Conditions or of any applicable laws.
9. Termination
- The Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated by TAC. TAC may terminate this agreement and your access to the Logo at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorised to access the Logo. All restrictions imposed on you, disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms and Conditions will survive termination.
10. Governing law
- The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
