Bus Planning Dictionary

The Ministry of Transport will work with each bus operator to encourage the involvement of stakeholders, customers, and community members in bus service planning.

Bus planning, like most practices, contains quite a lot of industry-specific jargon. This can make it difficult for people to get involved, when some of the terms and phrases used are not easy to interpret.
