Call for Competitive Quotations - Taxi Rank Security 2009
The Ministry of Transport is inviting licensed security service providers to submit quotations for providing security guards on two nights a week at certain taxi ranks at Goulburn and Singleton. The security guards are expected to provide a safe environment for intending passengers and taxi drivers.
Service providers can submit quotations for one or more ranks, however a separate quotation is required for each rank.
"Call for Competitive Quotations" packages are available on line at the Ministry website (see below) or through the eTendering website or by contacting the Ministry on (02) 9689 8858 or 9891 8935.
Written quotations must be delivered to Mr Norm Maher, Acting General Manager, Policy and Reporting, Transport Operations Division, Ministry of Transport, Locked Bag 5085, Parramatta 2124 by 5.00pm on the 17th April, 2009. Email quotations can be sent to start@transport.nsw.gov.au by the same deadline.
