Ex-members of the Defence Forces with Disabilities
Eligibility
Australian and New Zealand War Veterans who:
- have service related disabilities for which they receive a disability pension from the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA); and
- live permanently in NSW.

* A concession station access fee is payable.
** Holders who reside outside the Sydney and Newcastle CityRail suburban areas may receive, on application to RailCorp Passes and Concessions office, 3 free return trips (or 6 free single trips) annually. No booking fee applies.

Where to get a card/replacement card
The Ex-Member of the Defence Forces Pass is issued by RailCorp's Passes and Concessions office.
Application forms for the Ex-Member of the Defence Forces Pass are available from RailCorp's Passes and Concessions office, the Department of Veteran Affairs or regional RSL Sub Branch offices.

Period of validity
12 months to 31 October each year (or lifetime in the case of the Medallion).
Fees
There is no fee for the original card issue.
