Community transport driver authorisation discussion paper

The Government has agreed to introduce an appropriate community transport driver authorisation framework. Consultation on what that framework should comprise has now commenced and Transport for NSW is seeking feedback on the Community transport driver authorisation discussion paper (pdf 297KB).

This discussion paper outlines options for driver authorisation and poses a series of questions and your responses to them will help Transport for NSW understand the potential impacts of driver authorisation on community transport operators, drivers and customers, and the most appropriate framework for the sector.

An online feedback form has been provided to assist you in addressing the key questions raised in the discussion paper. Your feedback and comments are welcome.
