Interim Corporate Plan: a new beginning
On 1 November 2011, legislation came into effect to formally establish Transport for NSW. Transport for NSW will promote coherence and integration across all modes of transport, and ensure that customer needs and expectations are the driving force in transport decision-making, planning and delivery.
Transport for NSW has published an interim Corporate Plan to provide an overview of the new operating model, outline the results it is accountable for delivering and explain some of its near term priorities.
A new beginning acknowledges the context as a new organisation, and shifts the focus to the future.
