The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) requires NSW Government agencies to make certain policy documents publicly available.
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) must make publicly available its policy documents that are likely to affect rights, privileges or other benefits, or obligations, penalties or other detriments of members of the public.
