Renewing a driver authority

To renew a driver authority which is about to expire the following is required:

• Complete an renewal application form (pdf 229KB)

This form is for existing drivers renewing their authorities which are about to expire.

Please note: If an authority has expired for more than three months, the driver will be required to reapply for an authority.
