Community Transport Service Type Review

The Ministry of Transport has engaged Urbis Pty Ltd to conduct the Community Transport Service Type Review. The programs subject to the Review process are the HACC Community Transport Program, the NSW government funded Community Transport Program and the transport pick up projects under the Area Assistance Scheme. The Review is limited to organisations providing community transport service under these programs.

The primary aim of the Review is the development of Community Transport Service Type Guidelines for each of the programs, including good practice principles that may be replicated in other areas in NSW. The Ministry of Transport is committed to getting the best results possible from the Community Transport Service Type Review process within the time and resource constraints.
