Long running Tcard legal dispute settled

Transport for NSW is pleased to announce the long-running litigation between PTTC and Videlli in respect of the former T-Card project has been successfully settled following a mediation precided over by Ian Callinan AC.

Under the settlement PTTC will retain about $27 million previously recovered and Videlli will make an additional cash payment of $5 million.

The cross-claim against PTTC will be discontinued.

A Transport for NSW spokesperson said the organisation is pleased with the outcome.
