Changed traffic conditions along Menangle Road between Glenlee Road and Medhurst Road, Menangle Park

Published

Road users are advised of changed traffic conditions from Wednesday 27 March along Menangle Road between Glenlee Road and Medhurst Road, Menangle Park.

Work will involve switching traffic onto the newly constructed lanes on the eastern side of Menangle Road. This will allow for the construction of the centre median and pavement along the western side of Menangle Road.

Works will include the removal and installation of line-marking, concrete barriers and signage on Menangle Road and will be undertaken over 1 night shift, weather permitting. The work will take place between 7pm and 5am.

There will be traffic control in place managing traffic in both directions and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h in place for the safety of workers and road users. Please allow for additional travel time during these hours as motorists may need to stop on Menangle Road for up to five minutes.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and to follow the directions of signs and traffic control.

Transport for NSW thanks motorists for their patience during this time.
