Transport for NSW Traffic Alert - Changed traffic conditions on Parramatta Road and Crystal Street, Leichhardt

Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from this weekend on Parramatta Road and Crystal Street, Leichhardt.

These changes are necessary to upgrade the traffic signals at this intersection. Following traffic signals works we completed in 2023, we will now be restoring the road surface. This work will increase safety for road-users at this intersection.

Work will be carried out within the hours of 8pm and 5am between Wednesday 28 February and Friday 12 April, for eight shifts, working up to five nights per week, weather and worksite conditions permitting. Work will not be carried out on Saturdays or public holidays.

Temporary lane closure, traffic controls and reduced speed limits will be in place for the safety of pedestrians, workers and motorists.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic controllers.
