Nightwork on Mulgoa Road and side streets between Jeanette Street, Regentville and Blaikie Road, Jamisontown

There is planned night work along Mulgoa Road and side streets between Jeanette Street and Blaikie Road on Thursday 6 July, Monday 10 July, Tuesday 11 July and Thursday 13 July 2023 between 6pm and 5am.

Work will include working on the road median, vegetation works and road testing as part of the Mulgoa Road upgrade between Jeanette Street and Blaikie Road with the following altered traffic conditions;

Thursday 6 July 2023

  • The fast lanes between Jeanette St and M4 west bound will be closed.
  • The southbound lanes on Wolseley St will be closed and north and southbound traffic will be guided to the two northbound lanes.
  • One lane on the M4 Westbound off ramp will be closed.

Monday 10 July 2023

  • The fast lanes between Jeanette St and M4 Westbound will be closed.
  • The northbound slow lane will be closed on Wolseley Street.
  • Slow lanes will be closed on Blaikie Road.

Tuesday 11 July 2023

  • Fast lanes between Jeanette Street and Surveyors Creek will be closed.
  • Slow lanes on Wolseley Street will be closed. Potentially shut down tunnel.

Thursday 13 July 2023

  • Fast lanes closed between Jeanette Street and Wolseley Street.
  • Slow lanes between Glenbrook Street and Surveyors Creek closed.

Traffic in and out of Wolseley Street, Blaikie Road and Glenbrook Street and the M4 on and off ramps will also be impacted with traffic controllers guiding road users through the work areas.                                                       

Drivers are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
