Point to point transport reforms

Emerging technologies and changing customer expectations have created a number of challenges, particularly for taxis.

In response, the NSW Government is progressively introducing reforms to the taxi, hire car and rideshare industry, to provide more opportunities for all operators, drivers and networks, as well as improving safety and choice for customers.
