Rail and Freight Transport in New South Wales

NSW Transport and Infrastructure is responsible for providing independent advice to the Minister on major rail and freight policy issues via the Rail and Freight Policy Division.

NSW Transport and Infrastructure also provides a focal point for strategy in rail and freight transport policy development processes that affect multiple agencies, involve long term planning, or require negotiated cooperation with other levels of government.
