Renewing a Driver Authority

To renew a driver authority which is about to expire the following is required:

• Complete an application form - PDF

This form is for existing drivers renewing their authorities which are about to expire.

Please note: If an authority has expired for more than three (3) months, the driver will be required to reapply for an authority.
