- Excludes rank and hail taxis.
- Q1 Telephone answering time excludes Wollongong due to the unavailability
of data and therefore includes data only for Central Coast and Newcastle.
Q3 excludes Central Coast due to the unavailability of data for
Q3 and therefore includes data only for Newcastle and Wollongong.
- The data for the first two quarters recorded in the Number of
Calls answered within 1 minute and within 2 minutes vary from that
previously published as abandoned calls have now been excluded from
the calculation of telephone answering times.
- The data for the second quarter for the abandoned calls to total
calls was updated as there was a calculation error (from 3.5% to
2.9%) and therefore vary from that previously published.
