- Q1 Telephone answering time excludes Wollongong and therefore
includes data only for Central Coast and Newcastle. Q3 excludes
Central Coast due to the unavailability of data for Q3 and therefore
includes data only for Newcastle.
- The data for the first two quarters recorded in the Number of
Calls answered within 1 minute and 2 minutes vary from that previously
published as abandoned calls have now been excluded from the calculation
of telephone answering times.
