- Excludes rank and hail taxis.
- The data for second quarter for the WAT taxi pick ups within 15
minutes was updated (from 74.5% to 72.8%) and therefore vary from
that previously published.
- The data for the first two quarters recorded in the Number of
Calls answered within 1 minute and 2 minutes vary from that previously
published as abandoned calls have now been excluded from the calculation
of telephone answering times.
- The data for the second quarter for the abandoned calls to total
calls was updated (from 1.4% to 1.7%) as there was a calculation
error and therefore vary from that previously published.
