  2. The data for second quarter for the WAT taxi pick ups within 15 minutes was updated (from 74.5% to 72.8%) and therefore vary from that previously published.
  3. The data for the first two quarters recorded in the Number of Calls answered within 1 minute and 2 minutes vary from that previously published as abandoned calls have now been excluded from the calculation of telephone answering times.
  4. The data for the second quarter for the abandoned calls to total calls was updated (from 1.4% to 1.7%) as there was a calculation error and therefore vary from that previously published.
