Freight Movements Data

The new Freight Movements Model (FMM) is an improved platform for providing estimates of current and future year road freight movements between all travel zones in the Greater Metropolitan Area. TDC has produced an interim set of estimates from the FMM which are considered superior to previous estimates available from the Commercial Transport Study (CTS). These interim estimates of rigid, articulated truck and light commercial vehicle movements are available on request to registered users.

Registered users will receive FMM estimates as a matter of course when final estimates are produced in 2009.
