Joint Review on Network Recovery from Major Incidents

Following major disruptions on the Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink network on 8 and 9 January, Transport for NSW and Sydney Trains carried out a joint review on the network’s ability to recover from major incidents.

We apologise to customers for the massive inconvenience on the days of the disruption.

A copy of the review is below. It contains eight actions that will be carried out as a priority to help the network better recover from major incidents.
