Our media team provides information and responses to news media enquiries about transport in NSW.

We take enquiries 24 hours a day and work closely with media teams at Sydney Trains, NSW TrainLink, Sydney Metro and other public transport operators to direct your enquiry to the team which is in the best position to respond.

Our aim is to meet your deadline however due to the wide range of topics and the need for our team to investigate enquiries fully to provide the best information, the amount of time required to turnaround a response varies. More time may be required to respond to questions on weekends or outside business hours.
