Changed traffic conditions on Hume Highway, Lansdowne

From Sunday 24 September, there will road resurfacing maintenance work on the Hume Highway, Lansdowne.

This maintenance work is required to repair road surfaces on the Highway around the Meccano Set, Lansdowne. This work will improve safety and the road surface for road users. 

Crews will be working on the Hume Highway, Lansdowne from Sunday 24 September and Thursday 9 November 2023. To minimise the traffic impact, work will be carried out over four nights between 7pm and  5am from Sunday to Thursday.

Temporary lane closures will be in place for worker and road user safety. This includes traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
