Media representatives seeking access to rail properties including stations need to contact the Media and Issues Unit.

We generally approve such visits but need to take into account operational, security and passenger safety considerations.

The station manager or other authorised officer will provide a brief induction, focusing mainly on maintaining your personal safety and the safety of passengers and staff. This is particularly important in the high-use station precincts and we appreciate your co-operation.
