Country Bridge Solutions - a fresh approach

Country Bridge Solutions (CBS) has been designed to fast track the replacement of ageing Council-owned bridges in regional areas. Its aim is to:

• provide a simple and easy-to-build bridge solution developed by elite bridge and construction engineers
• deliver cost savings by using standardised prefabricated components
• use existing council resources and country manufacturing capability to replace bridges
• provide technical manuals to guide Council staff during design and construction.

• Improves social interaction and access for community and industry.
• Minimal disruption to communities during construction.
• Improves natural disaster resilience.
• Enhances and supports Council workforces.
