    Point to Point Transport Regulation submissions

    The proposed Point to Point Transport (Taxis and Hire Vehicles) Regulation 2017 sought industry, government and community feedback on policy options and legal instruments to improve the outcomes and sustainability of the point to point transport industry.

    The consultation period on the proposed Regulation ran from 11 April 2017 and closed on 11 May 2017. About 215 submissions were received from the community, industry and government. Transport for NSW would like to thank all those who made a submission.

    The publishing of submissions are subject to the discretion of the submitter. Submissions have not been published where the submitter requested confidentiality. Personally identifying details have been removed from those submissions that have been published

    Taskforce submissions

    The publication of submissions was subject to the Taskforce’s submissions policy including an assessment of length, content, appropriateness or confidentiality.

    In a limited number of cases, text of published submissions has been redacted, in most cases to remove personally identifying details. Redaction is indicated by red bordering around the redacted text  or by insertion of (redacted) in the place of the redacted text.
