Project overview

The B-Line Program is an integrated package of service and infrastructure improvements designed to provide more reliable journeys between Mona Vale and the Sydney CBD. Improvements to the road corridor and implementation of bus priority measures will improve reliability of bus services affected by congestion at several bottlenecks. All project construction and roadwork will be complete by 2019.

Project status

B-Line services start from Mona Vale and Wynyard between 4:30am and 12:30am, 7 days a week, providing more frequent and reliable services for commuters.

The program features 10 bus stops at Mona Vale, Warriewood, Narrabeen, Collaroy, Dee Why, Brookvale, Manly Vale, Spit Junction, Neutral Bay and Wynyard. There will also be 6 new commuter car parks, providing up to 900 new car spaces. Mona Vale, Narrabeen, Dee Why and Brookvale are now open, with Warriewood and Manly Vale completed in 2018. The car parks will provide accessible parking, bike racks or sheds.
