Liverpool to Airport Transit Corridor
Project overview
Transport for NSW is planning to upgrade Fifteenth Avenue and Hoxton Park Road as part of a vital east west public transport corridor between Liverpool, Bradfield and the Western Sydney Airport. This project will be known as the Liverpool to Airport Transit Corridor.
As part of this corridor upgrade, consideration for infrastructure to support frequent and reliable public transport services, improve road safety and reduce congestion will be included.
The Liverpool to Airport Transit Corridor (L2ATC) is approximately 8.1km in length, comprising:
- 5.9 km along Fifteenth Avenue (between Devonshire Road and Cowpasture Road)
- 2.2 km along Hoxton Park Road (between Cowpasture Road and Banks Road.)

June 2023 - Combined upgrade of Fifteenth Avenue and Hoxton Park Road
In 2022, the NSW Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) endorsed the approach to combine the upgrade of Fifteenth Avenue and Hoxton Park Road. Transport for NSW will progress a strategic business case (SBC) for the new single project, now known as the Liverpool to Airport Transit Corridor.
