Road construction precast facility
Project overview
Since 2017, the WestConnex New M5 contractor, CPB Contractors, Dragados and Samsung Joint Venture has been operating a precast facility at George Booth Drive, Buchanan to produce concrete segments for the construction of the St Peters Interchange.
Project information
Background
- demountable site compound office
- precast yard, including existing shed for construction of precast units and storage laydown
- Waste water treatment facilities consisting of septic tanks, sand filtration system and sediment basin
- On-site parking for up to 60 vehicles.
