Reviewed

Project overview

A Plan for Growing Sydney identifies Wentworth Point as a priority precinct where the NSW government will deliver 2,300 homes, local jobs and social infrastructure.

Project information

Background

On behalf of Transport for NSW (the landowner), Landcom delivered the first stages of remediation and earthworks for the new park.

The NSW Government has announced that a new high school is to be constructed at Wentworth Point. A portion of the site adjoining the primary school was identified for the school.

Landcom have recommenced work to deliver the next stage of development.

Landcom is managing:

  • planning and construction of the park
  • review of the masterplan to accommodate the new high school and park, alongside approved mixed-use development and waterfront facilities
  • the future sale of the mixed-use development lot.
