Changed traffic conditions on Picton Road and MacArthur Drive, Wilton

Motorists are advised of road widening works from this Sunday along Picton Road and MacArthur Drive Wilton to install a 750 metre median safety barrier.

Work will be carried out between 23 July to 29 September, from 7:30pm – 4am, Sunday to Thursday, weather permitting.

Traffic control will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists. A reduced speed limit during working hours of 40 km/hr and 80 km/hr outside of work hours, and temporary lane closures on Picton Road will be in place during work hours.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control. Motorists are advised to allow an additional five minute travel time.
