Stop, revive and relieve with new temporary amenities installed at Willow Tree

We all need to stop, revive, survive on our holiday car trips, so Transport for NSW is making sure those travelling on the New England Highway through Willow Tree will find relief as well.
A Transport for NSW spokesperson said Transport responded to a call from Liverpool Plains Council after it was unable to reopen the toilet block at the Visitor Information Centre in time for the holiday season.
“Transport for NSW has installed four portable toilets at the park next to Liverpool Plains Information Centre on the New England Highway,” the spokesperson said.
“We installed them next to the tourist centre, which is also a designated driver stop.
“Now motorists can be sure of adequate facilities when they stop in and take a break before continuing on their journeys.
“The toilets will be there until at least 19 January, so we’ve got you covered during the school holiday period.”
