King Georges Road and Princes Highway, Blakehurst

We invited feedback in October 2017 on a revised proposal to improve traffic flow on Stuart Street at the intersection of the Princes Highway and King Georges Road.

Following community interest and feedback on the proposal, we will not be proceeding with this work.

We have prepared a community consultation report, summarising the matters raised during the consultation period.

Following community feedback on the revised proposed work at Princess Highway and Stuart Street, we have decided to not proceed with this project. We will continue to investigate safety improvements at this location and updates will be provided to the community.

We invited feedback in October 2017 on a new proposal to install a concrete median eastbound on Stuart Street. Following community feedback, we have decided not to proceed with this revised work.

We originally sought feedback in December 2015 and January 2016 on a proposal to improve traffic flow and ease congestion at the intersection of the Princes Highway, King Georges Road and Stuart Street. Due to community feedback we decided not to proceed with the original proposal.
