The Accelerator has a concierge service in response to the growing number of ventures that are revolutionising the Transportation industry.
All ventures are encouraged to have a quick introductory chat with us, including those seeking information on upcoming challenges and programs of the Accelerator.
Safety After Dark
The Transport Digital Accelerator announced the Safety After Dark Innovation Challenge, which launched in March 2020. It called on start-ups and businesses to take part in the challenge to explore how technology can be used to help women feel safer on public transport.
Human-Centred Design at Transport
Our Digital Accelerator embodies human-centred design techniques in the way we approach problems.
We run one and six day Human-Centred Design bootcamps for Transport and other government agencies in both metro and regional locations.
In addition, we are also the founders of the whole of government Human Centred Design community of practice, supporting practitioners across the state.
The Regional Digital Accelerator
In 2019 and 2020, we will focus on running an accelerator in Regional NSW
We will look to collaborate with other government agencies to help bring Innovative solutions to regional areas.

Case Studies
Last Mile Freight
We ran an Accelerator in 2018 to find where the opportunities are in reducing the amount of congestion caused by Inner city freight deliveries. We researched and designed a challenge that addressed how white van freight deliveries were measured and operated in the city, with the aim of improving the number of trips and kilometres that were driven in our city streets.

Mobility as a Service
In 2018, we ran an Accelerator to find where the opportunities are in Mobility as a Service. Mobility as a Service, MaaS, is a dynamic, growing market with small and large players working together to give customers improved travel options that suit the individual needs and circumstances, not just on main transport routes.
