Tracey Taylor leads People, Communication and Workplaces division, dedicated to ensuring everyone at Transport has the information, tools and support they need to do their jobs and thrive so we can meet the needs of the communities we serve.

The division’s purpose is to empower and enable Transport’s workforce through strategic people management, effective communications, and innovative workplace solutions. It drives organisational transformation, fosters a culture of capability, and delivers seamless services across government, for internal stakeholders, and for external suppliers and customers.

It also supports more than 60 million public transport trips per year, using effective communications and marketing campaigns to provide timely information so our passengers can move safely and efficiently across our network.
