Howard Collins

Howard Collins leads the Coordinator-General division, responsible for coordinating statewide transport, road and maritime operational planning and management as well as service delivery to provide an integrated, reliable, and safe transport network for every passenger and customer across NSW.

The division adapts to changing travel patterns and community expectations in leading effective disruption management to keep our customers informed with real-time information.

It also oversees maritime services, infrastructure projects and regulatory functions to ensure the safety, accessibility, and sustainability of NSW waterways.
