Matt Fuller

Matt Fuller leads Road Maintenance and Resilience, a division committed to improving the safety, reliability and resilience of NSW’s road network to better connect our communities and move freight efficiently across our State.

The division achieves this through effective planning and coordination of road maintenance and road improvements programs and funding to ensure the road network remains well-maintained. It also works with government partners to strengthen our ability to respond and recover following natural disasters.

The division also manages Sydney roads operation and maintenance partnerships and contracts (including motorways and toll roads) to ensure they remain safe and reliable and is committed to driving maintenance innovation and continuous improvement to enhance the performance of NSW roads.
