This dashboard provides monthly measures for on-time running, service cancellations, customer complaints, and customer experience metrics across all Sydney Metropolitan Bus Contracts and Outer Metropolitan Bus Contracts.
To access information on bus passenger volumes and customer satisfaction click on the links below and navigate to the bus tab or select bus from the mode filter.
These visualisations feature monthly bus performance insights at a region level (Sydney Metropolitan & Outer Metropolitan). These are based on live timetables and volumes of complaints received. Monthly and weekly passenger volumes based on Opal trips can be found in the Travel Insights page or using the links above. Customer Satisfaction Index is released bi-annually.
