Road Customer Satisfaction

This measure shows the customer satisfaction level of heavy vehicle drivers using the NSW road network.

At Transport for NSW we put the customer at the centre of everything we do. This includes customers who use the road network to move freight across the state.

The Transport for NSW Customer Satisfaction Index measures our customers' level of satisfaction with various components of our network. This survey includes NSW heavy vehicle drivers.
