John Grill Centre for Project Leadership
The goal of the John Grill Centre is to improve major project leadership through education programs and research partnerships. The Centre addresses real-world challenges and provides project leadership in energy, infrastructure and information technology. A key role of the Centre is to facilitate effective leadership, strategic decision-making, management and project governance.
Through the Better Infrastructure Initiative, TfNSW funds the John Grill Centre $250,000 annually through a four-year partner agreement to 2020. The Initiative supports and encourages better infrastructure governance through data generation and analytics, research papers, thought leadership forums, and influencing of policy. In broad terms, the Initiative supports TfNSW in planning and delivering transport infrastructure for the benefit of the NSW community through:
