Whatever your ambition, there’s a role at Transport to suit your journey.

Transport for NSW is calling for university graduates to join its graduate program to help plan and deliver the future of transport across the state.

The Transport for NSW graduate program offers a two-year development program aimed at building future transport leaders. Participants have access to diverse projects and career development opportunities that allow them to play a key role in making NSW a better place to live, work and visit.

Business graduate, Gabby Puskas, has been a part of the graduate program for 12 months and says that a role at Transport for NSW has opened a world of possibility for her career.

“In one year I have successfully delivered numerous projects and been mentored by senior leaders. The opportunities at Transport are endless and I look forward to seeing what the next 12 months have in store.”

“The most rewarding thing about working at Transport is being able to work on projects that help improve the lives of millions of people every day,” says Gabby.

You could have first-hand access to game changing projects such as Sydney Metro, Sydney Light Rail and WestConnex. Or play a key role in building workplace diversity, in a corporate culture that fosters flexible working arrangements.

Whatever your ambition, there’s a role at Transport to suit your journey. We want to help build and grow your skills, so you can help drive the future of transport across NSW.
