Lodgement of planning and property applications

The Transport for NSW e-lodgement platform is for the lodgement of the following applications:

  • Permission to Lodge (PTL)
  • Corporate Maritime Planning Applications (CMPA)
  • Review of Environmental Factors.

Development Applications and Modification Applications

The NSW Planning Portal's State DA service must be used for the lodgement of the following applications with Transport for NSW:  

  • Development Applications
  • Section 4.55 and Section 4.56 Modification Applications

Prior to submitting your application please review the TfNSW Development Application and Modification Checklist (PDF, 184.14 KB).

Transport for NSW charges applicants for the lodgement of development applications and modification applications in accordance with the fees set out in Schedule 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021. 

Subdivision Certificate Applications

Subdivision Certificate Applications must be made with Transport for NSW in the NSW Planning Portal.

Post Consent Certificates

Certifiers must register the following certificates with Transport for NSW in the NSW Planning Portal:

  • Construction Certificates
  • Occupation Certificates 
  • Complying Development Certificates

NSW Planning Portal Service Fees
