Project overview
The NSW Government is funding essential maintenance work on the corner of Jenolan Caves Road and Duckmaloi Road, 25km East of Oberon from Wednesday 21 April.
Transport for NSW will carry out work which includes removing and replacing asphalt on damaged sections of road and will take three days to complete, weather permitting. The above map shows the location of works and detour that will be in place.
How will the work affect you?
The work will involve the use of machinery which generates some noise. We will make every effort to minimise noise by turning off machinery and vehicles when not in use.
Traffic changes
There will be some temporary traffic changes to ensure the work zone is safe.
Traffic control, intermittent stopping and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h will be in place for the safety of motorists and workers. Please allow an additional 5 minutes travel time, keep to speed limits and follow the direction of traffic controllers and signs.
