Reviewed

Project overview

Transport for NSW is planning for improvements to the road network in the Haberfield, Ashfield and Leichhardt areas to make travel to and around the area easier and safer for motorists, cyclists and pedestrians. These proposed changes will help to relieve congestion around some key intersections and improve traffic flow and pedestrian connections between suburbs.

What we are proposing for your local area

We are proposing to make improvements to key intersections in Haberfield, Ashfield and Leichhardt located at:

  • City West Link, Norton Street and James Street
  • Waratah Street and Dobroyd Parade
  • Mortley Avenue and Timbrell Drive
  • Parramatta Road and Dalhousie Street
