Sefton Park Junction Infrastructure Upgrade

The program is designed to simplify and modernise the rail network. Passengers will be able to access more services on a simpler and more reliable network through the delivery of better infrastructure, new trains and extra services.

Project scope

  • removing, relocating and improving track and signalling infrastructure 
  • upgrading electrical assets and combined service routes
  • upgrading overhead wiring and structures
  • completing civil and structural activities for the corridor upgrades.
