Safety Leadership Summits

Road worker on site

Creating an enduring safety culture for Local Government and Transport for NSW (TfNSW).

These summits were designed to create common safety objectives between Local Government and TfNSW. With discussion topics based upon the common themes identified during Local Government audits, with the goal of building a solid base on which we can build a united and enduring safety culture.

There were two types of summits: a roadshow of nine Regional Safety Summits held across NSW, that was aimed at local council staff and managers, as well as a 2-day Executive Leadership Summit in Sydney, that was targeted at council and TfNSW executives.

Executive Safety Leadership Summit
