State Voluntary Planning Agreements
From 2020, all SVPA’s to which Transport for NSW is a party to, which are currently on notification, under consideration, executed or concluded are available to view allowing planning authorities and developers to work together to deliver innovative infrastructure outcomes alongside development proposals, as per State legislation s 206 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.
