Community information

Community consultations

Transport for NSW sought feedback on the proposal  in November and December 2015. During the consultation period, 18 submissions were received. All submissions received from the community were carefully considered and a consultation report was prepared. View or download the consultation report (PDF, 3.53Mb).

We worked with Department of Planning Industry and Environment (NSW DPIE) in developing the West Schofields Draft Precinct Plan which identified the need to make minor modification to the proposal between Carlton Street and West Parade. The revised proposal will follow the existing road corridor and was displayed as part of the West Schofields Draft Precinct Plan in September 2018.

In July and August 2019 several community information sessions where held on the North West Growth Centre Road Network Strategy to help inform our future road plans in the North West Growth Area.

Feedback was taken during that period and where applicable individual residents where contacted to discuss their concerns.

In November and December 2020 sought feedback from the community on the Review of Environmental Factors (REF) for Denmark Link Road.  During the consultation period,  30 submissions were received. Transport for NSW carefully considered all the submissions received from the community and prepared a submissions report. View or download the submissions report (PDF, 1.04Mb).
