Riverwood Commuter Car Park
Project overview
Early planning is underway to provide additional commuter parking at Riverwood, a joint initiative of the Australian and NSW Governments.
The project is part of the NSW Government’s Commuter Car Park Program, providing you with more convenient access to public transport at key interchanges and helping to ease congestion on our roads.
Community consultation for the proposal is planned to commence later this year. At this time, the community will be able to view and comment on the Review of Environmental Factors, the official planning document for the project.
Subject to community consultation and planning approval, construction is expected to start at the end of 2021 and be completed by the end of 2022.
