Sophisticated algorithms calculate a customers’ travel experiences on the public transport network, including:

Using these near-real time insights, Transport for NSW can adjust services to improve our customers’ end-to-end travel experiences, design optimised places for interchange and plan for future demands based on capacity and travel patterns
